For best results, take regularly before meals as a gentle detoxifier and digestion support. Start with 1/4 teaspoonful mixed with water and adjust to taste. For stronger concentrations, start with 1/2 teaspoon in 1/2 glass of water or undiluted. Preservative-free. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening. Under age 2: Consult a physician.
